Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Nola Amsterdam pieces, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
